We were founded in Hong Kong in 1986 by three experienced professionals, all of whom remain as partners in our firm today. Our Japan Business Advisory desk is one of the largest and longest established in Hong Kong, while our Latin American and Spain Business Advisory desk is unique in this market.

To enable us to provide flexible and timely localized services to our
valued clients, we have continued to extend our reach since becoming
one of the first foreign CPA firms to establish a mainland office in
1994. Today we have a network of offices across China: in Hong Kong,
Shenzhen, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Macau.
All of our mainland offices are wholly owned by CWCC. This puts us into an elite class of foreign CPA firms in China, since most others operate only via partnerships with domestic companies. Working with a single, tightly integrated company across China, clients are assured of reliable inter-office communication, timely service delivery, and consistent quality of service. Clients can brief any of our offices on work to be delivered at another office or several other offices across China.
