Eddie Chan is one of the founding partners. He oversees our tax, corporate secretarial and China business advisory services and, in 1994, established our Japan business advisory desk, one of the first Japan-specific divisions in our industry in Hong Kong.
Eddie is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He has served as a member of the HKICPA Investigation Panel B since January 2004 until December 2011 and the Disciplinary Panel B since January 2014 until August 2021.

Dennis Chung is one of the founding partners and leads our audit practice, as well as the migration consultancy group. He also heads the Technical Committee which reviews and improves CWCC’s own quality control system.
Dennis is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
He was the president of the Hong Kong Institute of Accredited Accounting Technicians (2004 to 2005), a member of the Hong Kong Federation of Insurers’ Registration Board (2006 to 2012), the honorary treasurer of the Hong Kong Red Cross Special Education and Rehabilitation Service, a member of the Hong Kong Red Cross Special Education and Rehabilitation Service Governing Committee (2007 to 2014), a member of the Vocational Training Council’s Accountancy Training Board (2004 to 2007 and 2011 to 2015), a member of the HKICPA Examination Committee (1999 to 2006), and a member of the HKICPA Investigation Panel (2014 to 2022).

Eddie Wong serves as an audit partner at CWCC, performing audits of small and medium-sized enterprises, non-profit making organizations, and multinational corporations in a wide variety of industries. He also handles initial public offerings and financial due diligence reviews for clients in Hong Kong and China. He joined CWCC in 1995 after leaving an international accounting firm.

Winnie Li manages the Corporate Services. She has extensive experience in handling the complexities of corporate secretarial matters for companies in Hong Kong and other jurisdictions. Winnie joined CWCC in 2003. She is the director of Acclime Corporate Services Limited upon the restructuring of the Corporate Secretarial Services in 2019 .
Winnie is an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries (HKICS) and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (ICSA). She has a Master’s degree in China Area Studies from the University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from City University of Hong Kong.

Yukio Sasaki has been promoting Hong Kong and mainland China to the Japan community as the Head of Investment Promotion (Japan) of Invest Hong Kong. Throughout the time he worked for Invest Hong Kong, he has been working closely with Japanese counterparts such as banks and government bodies. Other than his hometown, he also has working experience overseas, including Mexico, Canada and Hong Kong. He speaks English, Spanish and of course Japanese.
With his global exposure and extensive experience in the professional fields of legal and accounting, he definitely understands our international clients’ needs and the best solutions to the problems.
