Eddie Chan is one of the founding partners. He oversees our tax, corporate secretarial and China business advisory services and, in 1994, established our Japan business advisory desk, one of the first Japan-specific divisions in our industry in Hong Kong.
Eddie is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong (TIHK) and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He has served as a member of the HKICPA Investigation Panel B since January 2004 until December 2011 and the Disciplinary Panel B since January 2014.

Dennis Chung is one of the founding partners and leads our audit practice, as well as the migration consultancy group. He also heads the Technical Committee which reviews and improves CWCC’s own quality control system.
Dennis is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He currently serves as a member of Investigation Panel of the HKICPA . Dennis was a member of the Vocational Training Council’s Accountancy Training Board from 2011 to 2015, the honorary treasurer of the Hong Kong Red Cross Special Education and Rehabilitation Service, a member of the Hong Kong Red Cross Special Education and Rehabilitation Service Governing Committee from 2007 to 2014, a member of the Hong Kong Federation of Insurers’ Registration Board from 2006 to 2012, president of the Hong Kong Institute of Accredited Accounting Technicians in 2004 and 2005 and a member of the HKICPA Examination Committee from 1999 to 2006.

Eddie Wong serves as an audit partner at CWCC, performing audits of small and medium-sized enterprises, non-profit making organizations, and multinational corporations in a wide variety of industries. He also handles initial public offerings and financial due diligence reviews for clients in Hong Kong and China. He joined CWCC in 1995 after an international accounting firm.

Winnie Li manages our Department Corporate Services. She has extensive experience in handling the complexities of corporate secretarial matters for companies in Hong Kong and other jurisdictions. Winnie joined CWCC in 2003.
Winnie is an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries (HKICS) and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (ICSA). She has a Master’s degree in China Area Studies from the University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from City University of Hong Kong.

Tammy Lim draws upon extensive experience in mainland China to manage our China business advisory team. She joined CWCC in 2006 after 15 years in senior roles in the regional finance sector, and she is now a Vice President of the firm.
Tammy is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and a member of the Hong Kong Securities Institute (HKSI). A graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa, she holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Sasaki Yukio serves as the Director of our Business Solutions division. He had been the leader of our Japan Department until 2006 when he joined Invest Hong Kong of the Hong Kong Government.
As the Head of Investment Promotion (Japan) of Invest Hong Kong, Mr. Sasaki has been promoting Hong Kong and mainland China to the Japan community for over a decade. Throughout the time he worked for Invest Hong Kong, he has been working closely with Japanese counterparts such as banks and government bodies. Other than his hometown, he also has working experience overseas, including Mexico, Canada and Hong Kong. He speaks English, Spanish and of course Japanese.
With his global exposure and extensive experience in the professional fields of legal and accounting, he definitely understands our international clients’ needs and the best solutions to the problem.
