Eddie Chan is one of the founding partners. He oversees our tax, corporate secretarial and China business advisory services and, in 1994, established our Japan business advisory desk, one of the first Japan-specific divisions in our industry in Hong Kong.
Eddie is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He has served as a member of the HKICPA Investigation Panel B since January 2004 until December 2011 and the Disciplinary Panel B since January 2014 until August 2021.

Dennis Chung is one of the founding partners and leads our audit practice, as well as the migration consultancy group. He also heads the Technical Committee which reviews and improves CWCC’s own quality control system.
Dennis is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He currently serves as a member of Investigation Panel of the HKICPA . Dennis was a member of the Vocational Training Council’s Accountancy Training Board from 2011 to 2015, the honorary treasurer of the Hong Kong Red Cross Special Education and Rehabilitation Service, a member of the Hong Kong Red Cross Special Education and Rehabilitation Service Governing Committee from 2007 to 2014, a member of the Hong Kong Federation of Insurers’ Registration Board from 2006 to 2012, president of the Hong Kong Institute of Accredited Accounting Technicians in 2004 and 2005 and a member of the HKICPA Examination Committee from 1999 to 2006.

Eddie Wong serves as an audit partner at CWCC, performing audits of small and medium-sized enterprises, non-profit making organizations, and multinational corporations in a wide variety of industries. He also handles initial public offerings and financial due diligence reviews for clients in Hong Kong and China. He joined CWCC in 1995 after leaving an international accounting firm.

Winnie Li manages the Corporate Services. She has extensive experience in handling the complexities of corporate secretarial matters for companies in Hong Kong and other jurisdictions. Winnie joined CWCC in 2003. She is the director of Acclime Corporate Services Limited upon the restructuring of the Corporate Secretarial Services in 2019 .
Winnie is an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries (HKICS) and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (ICSA). She has a Master’s degree in China Area Studies from the University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from City University of Hong Kong.

Takeshi Ishigami serves as Senior Manager for the Japan Department. He had been leading the team in serving Japanese companies in incorporation, offshore solutions, bookkeeping, audit, company structure solutions etc in both Hong Kong and Mainland China until 2015 for five years when he joined KPMG China as Senior Manager of Global Japanese Practice, Markets team. He then devoted himself to our Japan corporate services including tax, advisory and audit. Before joining the accounting industry in Hong Kong, he had been serving both Japanese and non-Japanese multinational companies for 20 years.
As an Associate Director of KPMG China Markets team, Mr. Ishigami provided variety of tax and advisory services to both corporate and financial institutions in Hong Kong and Mainland China and built up extensive networks. He has worked in Hong Kong, Mainland China and other South Asian countries and speaks fluent English and Japanese. He studied in Japan, US and Scotland where he earned Master of Business Administration in International Business.
With experiences in the private sector and Big Four accounting and global exposure, he understands well the needs and solutions to problems of international clients.
