Our Team
CWCC has a strong team of partners and around 200 dedicated employees with a range of specialist skills. All members of staff receive support to upgrade and enhance their knowledge through participation in professional development programmes and courses.
Our partners are responsible for the success and development of the firm and its people, and offer reliable, high-quality services for clients.

Eddie Chan is one of three founding CWCC partners. He oversees our Tax, Corporate Secretarial and China Business Advisory services and, in 1994, established our Japan Business Advisory desk, one of the first Japan-specific divisions in our industry in Hong Kong. Eddie is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He has served as a member of the HKICPA Investigation Committee since January 2004 and remains active in the China Tax Society, a Hong Kong-based special interest organization established in 1998, of which he is a founding member. Thomas Wong is one of our three founding partners. Expert in business processes and management controls, he established the firm's Latin America and Spanish Desk in 2005, which remains unique in Hong Kong. |

Dennis Chung is one of three CWCC
founding partners and leads one of our audit teams, as well as the
Migration Consultancy group. He also heads the Technical Committee
which reviews and improves CWCC's own quality control system. Dennis is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He has been a member of the Hong Kong Federation of Insurers' Registration Board since 2006 and currently serves as honorary treasurer of the Schools Management Committee of the Hong Kong Red Cross. Dennis was president of the Hong Kong Institute of Accredited Accounting Technicians in 2004 and 2005, a member of the HKICPA Examination Committee from 1999 to 2006, and a member of the Vocational Training Council's Accountancy Training Board from 2004 to 2007. Rosanna Choi is a CWCC partner and audit specialist, leading one of our audit teams. She chairs the firm's Training Committee and IT Committee, enhancing staff skills and productivity and the effective use of information technology. She joined CWCC in 1993. Rosanna is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), and of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Having served on the committee of the ACCA Hong Kong since 2002, Rosanna is currently the Chairman thereof. She is also an executive committee member of Social Ventures Hong Kong, and a court member of the City University of Hong Kong. Rosanna holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Sydney, and a Master's degree in Information System Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Tammy Lim draws upon extensive experience
in mainland China to manage our China Business Advisory team. She
joined CWCC in 2006 after 15 years in senior roles in the regional
finance sector, and became a partner of the firm in 2007. Tammy is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA), a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and a member of the Hong Kong Securities Institute (HKSI). A graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa, she holds a Master's degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Eddie Wong serves as an audit principal at CWCC, performing audits of small and medium-sized enterprises, non-profit making organizations, and multinational corporations in a wide variety of industries. He also handles initial public offerings and financial due diligence reviews for clients in Hong Kong and China. He joined CWCC in 1995 after 2 years with an international accounting firm. Eddie is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA). Winnie Li manages our Corporate Secretarial services. She has extensive experience in handling the complexities of corporate secretarial matters for private companies in Hong Kong and other jurisdictions. Winnie joined CWCC in 2003. Winnie is an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries (HKICS) and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (ICSA). She has a Master's degree in China Area Studies from the University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from City University of Hong Kong.
