CWCC is
a member firm of Kingston Sorel International (KSI). Through
our membership with KSI, we are able to offer clients an international
network and extensive resources, which they may require as
they expand into worldwide markets.
KSI was originally formed by the alliance of an UK firm,
Kingston Smith, and a French firm, Cabinet Sorel, and now
has members throughout the world specializing in international
business services. All member firms are able to offer tailor-made
services that focus on a thorough understanding of each client's
needs.
Each member firm of KSI prides itself in keeping up-to-date
on international matters, including tax issues. Through close
and regular contacts among associated members, high standards
of excellence are maintained worldwide.
The KSI network consists of well-respected local firms providing
high technical standards and specialized services. The international
network aims to provide commercial and practical advice based
on clients' specific needs. Our priority is to ensure that
individual partners of all member firms give personal attention
to the specific requirements of each client.
The key to the approach of all member firms is to foster
a close relationship between partner and client, no matter
how big or small their business is, so that we are able to
offer the right advice at the right time - helping our clients
to start, helping them to grow, troubleshooting for them at
difficult times and, if they so desire, helping them to cash
in on their success on a national or international level.
When high-quality specialist services are needed, all member
firms have the necessary skills and technical resources to
provide them. For example, among a host of services that our
member firms provide, specialist tax consultancy and corporate
advice help our clients to handle such matters as raising
finance, acquisitions and other international transactions.
These specialist skills are complemented by our experience
and knowledge of virtually all types of business.
As a result of our network, we are able to advise our clients
on issues throughout the world, together with local business
contacts and information on opportunities available. By using
our network we are in an excellent position to advise our
clients on such subjects as:
- Establishing overseas branches and companies;
- International tax planning for companies or individuals;
- Offshore structures;
- The commercial aspects of international trading, international
credit and insurance facilities;
- International funding proposals; and
- Matters relating to nationality and immigration.
KSI
has member firms or representatives over 84 cities in 48 countries.
