The State Administrative Of Taxation Emphasize On The Management Of Tax Reduction And Exemption

The State Administrative of Taxation (SAT) has announced this notice to all local tax bureau in emphasizing the application and approval of tax deduction and exemption. Firstly, respective tax bureau need to keep proper record for the deduction and exemption application in order to prevent and prohibit unauthorized tax incentive offered. Secondly, taxpayers who are enjoying the above-mentioned tax incentive should report to tax bureau continuingly during the incentive period no matter there is generated taxable income or not. Thirdly, tax bureau must strictly manage the examination and approval
of any tax incentive application reported by taxpayers.
