Shenzhen Tax Bureau change the tax filing deadline for October

With regards to the National Day holiday on 1st October ~ 7th October, the Shenzhen Tax Bureau has announced the changes of October tax filing deadline on 12th September.

Details as follows:
1) Postpone the filing deadline of VAT, consumption tax and business tax for general taxpayer for 7 days to 17th October.
2) Postpone the filing deadline of profit tax for domestic enterprises and foreign invested enterprises for 7 days to 24th October.
3) The filing deadline of VAT for small-scale taxpayer remains unchanged at 20th October.
4) Postpone the filing deadline of individual income tax for 7 days to 14th October.
5) Postpone the filing deadline of stamp duty for A share and B share to 12th October and 17th October respectively.

10月份深圳國稅申報期限變更

由於10.1-10.7日國慶假期，深圳國稅局於9月12日發佈了關於國稅申報期限變更的通知。
通知如下：

1.一般納稅人增值稅、消費稅、營業稅納稅申報期限順延7天，申報期至10月17日。
2.內外資企業所得稅納稅申報期限順延7天，申報期至10月24日。
3.小規模納稅人增值稅納稅申報期限不變，仍為10月20日。
4.個人所得稅納稅申報期限順延7天，申報期至10月14日。
5.證券交易印花稅申報期限A股順延至10月12日、B股順延至10月17日。
