The Joint Annual Check for Foreign Invested Enterprises for year 2006

Recently, the respective bureaus in Shenzhen have jointly announced this notice. Starting from 01 March 2006, the respective bureaus will jointly carry out the annual check to the foreign invested enterprises.

All foreign invested enterprises that registered on or before 31 December 2005 must join the annual check and file (by internet) to the 7 related bureaus namely, Shenzhen Bureau of Trade and Industry, Shenzhen Bureau of Finance, Shenzhen Customs, Shenzhen Tax Bureau (National and Local), Shenzhen Bureau of Industry and Commerce and the State Administrative of Foreign Exchange, on or before 30 June 2006.

日前，深圳市有關部門聯合發出通知，將從2006年3月1日開始對外商投資企業實行聯合年檢。

凡在2005年12月31日之前在深圳註冊成立的外商投資企業必須參加年檢，涉及到的相關申報部門有貿工局、財政局、深圳海關、國稅局、地稅局、工商局及外管局等7部門，並且實行網上申報年檢的方式，時間截至日期到2006年6月30日。
