The Administrative Measure To Pawn Broker

The Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Public Security 09 February 2005 The Ministry
of Commerce (MOC) and The Ministry of Public Security (MPS) has
jointly announced the "Administrative Measure to Pawn Broker"
to stipulate the regulations for setting up, closing down of pawnshops,
and the minimum registered capital in accordance with different
business characteristic, the relevant scale of requirement and the
capital funding from shareholders. In the same time, the notice
also stipulated the business scope of the pawnshop and especially
the management on assets proportion. This notice will be effective
from 01 April 2005.
