The Provisional Measures Governing The Filing System For International Freight Forwarding Enterprises

Recently, the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) has announced the "Provisional Measures Governing The Filing System For International Freight Forwarding Enterprises". The measure stipulated that the International Freight Forwarding Enterprises and the branches have to file to the MOC or the respective bureau after the code certificates have been obtained. The International Freight Forwarding Enterprises should also complete the relevant procedures within 30 days after the stamped Record-filing Forms have been obtained. This measure will be become effective from 01 April 2005.

商務部近日發佈《國際貨運代理企業備案（暫行）辦法》，其中規定：國際貨物運輸代理企業及其分支機搆（包含原經審批從事貨代行業的企業）凡依法辦理營業執照和組織機構代碼證後，應當向商務部或商務部委託的機構辦理備案。憑加蓋備案印章的《備案表》在30日內到有關部門辦理開展國際貨運代理業務所需的有關手續。本辦法自2005年4月1日起施行。
