New Regulations for Business Registration of Restricted Foreign Investment Enterprise

Effective from June 30th 2005, Restricted Foreign Investment Enterprises with registered capital less than six million US dollars will be under the supervision of their local authorized governmental departments. In addition, Foreign Investment Shareholdings Limited will be governed by its prefecture-registered government authorities. For those companies that have already registered at Foreign Investment Registration Branch Office of State Administration of Industry and Commerce, their files will be automatically transferred to their local authorized departments.

註冊資本低於600萬美元的限制類外商投資企業從2005年6月30日起改由所在地被授權局登記管轄，其中，外商投資股份有限公司由企業所在地省級登記機關管轄。對於之前已在國家工商行政管理總局外資註冊分局登記註冊的企業，其檔案將會被自動遷往所在地被授權局。
