1. Average annual salary of worker in Shanghai is RMB26,823
2. Average monthly salary is RMB2,235
3. The base for calculating premium is capped at RMB6,705, and the minimum base to calculate premium is RMB1,341
4. The proportion between company and individual to pay premium of social insurance remains unchanged.
