In order to improve
the market system for Executive Recruitment Intermediaries service
in Shanghai and to encourage the development of it, for the first
time Shanghai government announced the <Rules for Senior Executive
Recruitment Intermediaries in Shanghai (trial)>.
According to the Rules,
Senior Executive Recruitment Intermediaries cannot recommend following
people to any enterprise and its related companies:
· Executives and technicians
who are currently in charge for national projects and development
of technology.
· "Developer" who are currently responsible for supporting
the development of western part of China.
· People whose present work involves the confidence of the country
or such kind of people who are still under inspection of the country.
· People who are suspicious of committing an offence or under judicial
contest.
· People who are prohibited to change their jobs by law tentatively
or those who are not allowed to leave the country without permission.
Headhunting companies
should fulfill the requirement of "3 don'ts".
Do not headhunt client's people.
Do not recommend a person to two companies at the same time.
Do not act as an agent for two companies at the same time, which
have direct conflict of interest.
