Amendment For "Temporary Regulations For Set Up The Foreign Enterprise Holdings Or Wholly Foreign Owned Traveling Companies "

In order to satisfy the need for the open of travel industry and to stimulate its development, the Ministry of Commerce has announced the amendment for "Temporary Regulations For Set Up The Foreign Enterprise Holdings Or Wholly Foreign Owned Traveling Companies".

The briefly contents of the amendments are as follows:

- Reduce the minimum register capital of Foreign Enterprise Holdings or Wholly Foreign Owned Travel Companies from RMB 4 million to RMB 2.5 million.

- Cancel the area restriction for the set up of Foreign Enterprise Holdings or Wholly Foreign Owned Travel Companies.

為了適應我國旅遊業對外開放的需要，促進我國旅遊業的發展，商務部對已頒佈的《設立外商控股、外商獨資旅行社暫行規定》做了修訂。
這次修訂的具體內容如下：
一方面，將外商投資控股、外商獨資旅行社的最低註冊資本由原來的400萬元人民幣降低?250萬元人民幣；
另一方面，取消了外商控股、外商獨資旅行社在國內設立的地域限制。
